Pridgen and Carpenter Leadership Foundation (PCLF) was founded in 2018 to honor the legacy of our parents,  Nancy C and Jimmy E Pridgen and Deloris E and James M Carpenter, Jr. (who all began their dances on the other side way to soon) and their love and passion for the next generation.

We do this by -

IMPACTING the generation beside us and INSPIRING the generation ahead of us to INVEST in the generation behind us by partnering together to hand off a legacy of leadership to the next generation.

Currently PCLF is teaching leadership in 8 different countries globally impacting 300,000+ teenagers and counting and financially partnering with non-profit leadership development teams from Novo Empowering Leaders, Athens Prayer Network, MAF Mission Aviation, Quest Philippines, 12 Stone Leadership Residency, and Teens for Christ.

Have some FUN - Do some GOOD

We are impacting the fight against CV-19 by hosting FB Live Concerts showcasing the next generation of song writers. These online Concerts for a Cause HONOR First Responders and HELP local economies by providing meals for Nurses and First Responders on the front lines purchased from local community restaurants. Have some FUN by jumping on one of our FB live music events to find out more about the cause and do some GOOD by DONATING to help purchase meals.
